Apple Ragi Breakfast Smoothie For Weight Loss & PCOD, PCOS | How to make Healthy Nachini Drink

This one is a favorite breakfast recipe for winters ! Healthy Ragi or Nachini Apple Smoothie. This does not have any sugar and I can say it a very healthy, filling and a quick energy drink. This ragi, apple, and jaggery smoothie makes for a delicious and healthy start to the day. It is vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free. The natural sweetness of apple, cinnamon and some jaggery is actually more than enough. I love the earthy taste that ragi flour adds to the smoothie. I don’t know if it is only me, but I find the taste of ragi or finger millet a little chocolatey! The fact that it has a deep brown color only helps to add to the experience.
