Realize there will be set backs – not just in your behavior with staying on the diet, but also with the way your body reacts and loses unwanted body weight or fat.

I have taken on learning to cook as a way to help me adopt the ketogenic diet as a way of life. I figure, the more I cook meals and learn new things, the better odds I will have at sustaining the diet as a lifestyle.
