5 exercises. 35 seconds work. 10 secs rest. 3 cycles. 20 seconds recovery for each cycle.
Make sure you are wearing a good shoes since these routines includes jumping and don’t forget to prepare a bottle of water coz this will surely pump your heart rate up.
