Often times, I get asked about “how difficult is staying on a fasting diet”. Today, I decided to answer this question with a video.

If there is one truth is that the “fasting diet” really puts into check everything about fitness and diet that is discussed on mainstream media. We are so used to eating all day that, when we find this type of diet, we tend to find it odd.

As I’ve talked before, I eat 1 meal a day and I don’t eat until 5pm every day. And this leads us to a basic, but important question:

Do you eat all calories from one day in just one meal? How do you do that?
